Due to the more restrictive setback standards for back <br />lot/front lot configurations, the residence structure and oversized accessory structure <br />do not meet required setbacks from proposed lot lines. <br />Zoning District: RR-IB « j j <br />Total lot area = 5.64 acres (exclusive of right-of-way of North Brown Road and <br />Dickey Lake) <br />Pertinent Ordinances <br />1. Section 10.08, Subdivision 5 - Lot standards for RR-IB Zoning District <br />2. Section 10.56 - Shoreland Overlay District. <br />Subdivision 16 (C) - Required setbacks for structures and septic systems from the <br />OHWL of the Natural Environment Lake. <br />Required = 150' . u <br />Proposed septic system and existing structures on Lot 1 meet required lakeshore <br />setback. <br />b.Subdivision 16 (L) - Hardcover restrictions.
