1 <br />TO:Jeanne Mabusth, Building and Zoning Administration <br />FROM: Stephen Weekman, On-Site Systems Manager <br />DATE:October 24, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Subdivision application #2078, Frank Bennett - Septic Review <br />The applicant proposes a two lot subdivision requiring the use of on-site septic systems. Soil <br />testing has been provided by S-P Testing for primary and alternate sites on each lot. <br />The drainfield sites all meet City and State standards for five bedroom residences. Soil testing <br />indicates that all proposed systems use mound drainfields with site slopes of six percent or less <br />and meet all setback requirements. The soil testing and design has been approved as <br />submitted. <br />Based on the soil testing. I would recommend the application be approved
