Screening requirements. <br />1 Driveways consmicted in access outlets shall be adequatel <br />screened'by fencing or vegetation at the discreuon of the City, <br />all points to the rear of the required street yard of the front lo . <br />as to eliminate intrusion of vehicle headlights into the side or r <br />yard of adjacent lots.
