Zoning File #2076 <br />October 10, 1995 <br />Page 3 <br />4.Prior to subdivision being placed on Council’s agenda, applicants ’ sur\eyor shall <br />provide a survey describing existing and adjusted legal descriptions. Survey <br />should also include signature lines for the Mayor and Clerk, date of Council ’s <br />action approving subdivision and signature lines for all property o\vners involved. <br />If there are mortgages or other persons with an interest in these properties, the <br />City will require consent to the execution of subdivision forms to allow for the <br />filing of the subdivision.
