E.xisting Conditions Map <br />and Site/Grading Plan for the site. Note that we have rev ised our drawings to reflect those <br />comments we have received to date. Those revisions include: addition (and revision) of <br />proposed DRAINAGE & UTILITY EASEMENTS as requested by the City's Engineer, <br />location of wetlands in proposed LOT 3 an'^ delineation of a DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />surrounding that area ( note that the wetland boundary has been shown from a field survey <br />locating the top of the pronounced bank surrounding the wetland area), additions to and <br />revision of the Grading Plan both per onsite meeting with Long Lake Fire Dept, personnel <br />as well as comments received from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. Note that we <br />have also made a minor revision to the lot line between the Marfield and Hill residences , <br />and lot areas have also been revised to reflect that change. In addition, we have also added <br />the location of utility lines to the drawings to the Existing Conditions Map and have also <br />added easements around them as well as around the sanitary sewer services. <br />2. Letter from Mr. Jeffry Sandberg regarding environmental benefits from Scotch Pine <br />Lane pavement removal. <br />3. Memorandum from BRW Traffic Engineers regarding proposal for new Toles <br />driveway. <br />We have made application to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and are on tonite's <br />Board agenda for approv al.
