The Council will pass upon the application after complete review. <br />THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY UPON <br />APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Pursuant to Section 5.42 of the Orono Municipal Code, the applicant hereby requests the Orono <br />City Council to review this Joint Use Dock License Application, and agrees and authorizes the <br />City of Orono and the City’s employees and agents to enter upon the property at any reasonable <br />time to perform safety and code compliance inspections. <br />Date / <br />Page 5 of 5
