MN 55323 <br />Rc: 139 Kelly Avenue Area <br />Storm Drainage Improvements <br />Dear Mayor and Council: <br />Attached is our report for proposed improvements to the drainage system on Kelly Avenue North <br />of Carman Road. We reviewed various alignments for improving the storm sewer outlet for the <br />area. We also reviewed raising the roadway in the area where Hooding occurs. <br />Detailed cost estimates and drawings are provided within the report for each of the options.
