Per that discussion, the following revisions have been made: <br />• Subd’vision 1 - Cross out "commercial" in line 4. <br />• Subdivision 2 - Add definition of "charter boat". <br />• Subdivision 6(C) - Add "large assembly" license and "special event" permit <br />requirement for fishing tournament accessory use. <br />• Subdivision 6(I)/Subdivision 7 - Change "one caretaker dwelling unit" from accessorv- <br />use to conditional use. <br />• Subdivision 7 - Typed in previously penciled-in reference to Section 10.09 re: CUP <br />standards. <br />• Subdivision 7 - Eliminate proposed "Lake/lake structure maintenance operations base" <br />and "Snowmobile sales and service" from proposed list of conditional uses. <br />• Subdivision 8 - Add item "I" to parking requirements, regarding potential inadequacy <br />of minimum parking requirements. <br />• Subdivision 11 - In item "E", relocated "for retail sales and service functions"^for <br />clarity, and added "non-tournament" to clarify fishing activity and "non-charter" to <br />clarify private use. <br />• Subdivision 15 - Eliminated reference to boat slips, boat buoys and docks per City <br />Attorney ’s recommendation. <br />• Subdivision 19 - Corrected the word "Department" to read "District". <br />Council confirmed its intent that conditional use permits not be granted unless landscaping is in <br />compliance. As intended, staff would work with each marina to devise a proposec ’ landscape <br />plan for Council approval, establishing schedules, etc. against which to determine "compliance" <br />on a yearly basis <br />Request for Council Action <br />Please review the revised draft and direct staff how to proceed.
