It <br />d«s not appear that this location is a wetland. The applicant has received a^rovals from <br />both the Mh^nehaha Creek Watershed District and the Corps of Engineers. The proposed <br />p^nd t a«";Lble from an engineering srand^int Tie pond will have <br />proposed drainage improvements in the area. The applicant proposes to place up to 5 feet <br />of fill with landscaping within the City ’s right-of-way for <br />trees or structures of any kind should be placed within the ^ht-of-way. The bem <br />enmorchLnt must be approved by the Public Works Director.
