Will the proposed improvement have a negative impact on the property values of <br />the neighborhood? <br />Approval of the conditional use permit as proposed subject to the following conditions: <br />A. Applicant to obtain an after-the-fact land alteration permit from the City. <br />B.Entire disturbed area within the private property and right-of-way of Kelly <br />Avenue to be seeded in the spring.
