Minnesota Department of Transportation Metropolitan Council 5.4. Each party to this Agreement shall appoint one of its members to serve on the Public Education Sub-committee. All written, audio, or video public education materials prepared by t ;y party shall be presented to the Public Education Sub-committee for review and comment prior to their distribution; all educational materials distributed to the public must identify each party to this Agreement as a project sponsor. 6, Profect Manager 6.1. The MCWD Board of Managers shall be responsible for appointing the Project Manager, to serve at the MCWD’s expense. 6.2. The Project Manager shall be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Project; coordinating communication between the parties to this Agreement; and preparing quarterly progress reports to the Project Advisory Committee. 7. Dispute Resolution In the event that disputes arise between the parties with regard to rights and responsibilities under this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute among themselves through discussions between their respective supervisory staff persons. If the dispute caimot be resolved in this manner, it shaU be referred to the Project Advisory Committee for resolution. If the dispute caimot be resolved in this manner, the parties agree to refer the dispute first to mediation and, if not successfully resolved at mediation, to binding arbitration.
