DJFORMATIONAL MEETING ON KELLY AVENUE DRAINAGE <br />AUGUST 18,1994 <br />Stoddard expressed his appreciation for the interest being taken in solving this problem. He would <br />like further information on timing of the project. Cook thought it may be a month before they could <br />get back to the Council since they would look at the pond behind Rick's for the possible effects it <br />could have. <br />Stoddard submitted a letter written by his neighbors, Kurt & Christa Nejezchleba, expressing their <br />concerns about the drainage problems on Kelly Avenue Gerhardson read the letter to those in <br />attendance. <br />Mitchell asked about sewer and water lines running along the road. Gerhardson replied these utility <br />lines are in the road right-of-way and should not affect this project. <br />The meeting closed at 8:40 p.m.
