Perkins, 55 Landmark Drive - Variance/Conditional Use <br />Permit - Continuation of Public Hearing - Amended Resolution <br />At Council’s direction the enclosed approval resolution has been redrafted so that applicant will <br />be responsible for filing a conditional use permit annually to complete the dredging of the two <br />open water areas within the 3.2 acre wetlands. Applicant will be charged a renewal conditional <br />use permit fee annually, currently now at $100.00. An annual land alteration permit charge is <br />$75.00 plus $25.00 for each inspection over the first. Staff has recommended that the City <br />waive the requirement for the land alteration permit each year and to charge each annual <br />conditional use permit at a renewal conditional use permit fee based on current fee schedule for <br />that year. <br />At the City Attorney ’s request reference to the approval of the ten year land alteration plan has <br />been removed with only reference to the reviewing of the plan. <br />Staff has reviewed the amendments to the resolution and the changes in the review process with <br />the applicant. The applicant, Mr. Perkins, had no further questions. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To close the public hearing and to either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution, <br />1
