According to Jeanne Mabusth, <br />Building and Zoning Administrator, the Wiles' survey dated <br />8/1A/75 was based on a proposed house and is not an "as <br />built" survey. We have provided a survey dated 0/A/9A <br />prepared by DeMars-Gabr ie 1 Land Surveyors, a top-'*ated <br />company in the state o*‘ Minnesota. <br />At the time we made the offer to purchase this property, <br />we requested that the owner arrange to have a new survey <br />done prior to closing. We realized that measurements were <br />approximate, and did not base our decision on anv implied <br />or sxoressed lot lines cr proximity to surrounding <br />struc tures. <br />m ‘
