Request for Council Action continued <br />page 4 <br />September 8, 1994 <br />#1944 Bradley and Dina Etherington, 4055 Elm Street <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />All improvements shall meet setback and hardcover standards of the LR-IB <br />zoning district. <br />Conceptual grading and drainage plans are to be provided to the City staff for <br />review prior to scheduling the application before the Council. <br />Staff to review neighbors’ claims of survey discrepancies and evaluate whether <br />such claims have potential validity sufficient to cause the City to delay action on <br />this application. <br />Neighbors making such claims were requested to submit their documentation no <br />later than September 2, 1994. It has been three weeks since the original Planning <br />Commission meeting of August 15, 1994. <br />Options of Action <br />To adopt the enclosed approval resolution drafted per the Planning Commission’s <br />recommendation; <br />OR <br />To table action on the variance application until the Laues have provided an updated <br />survey that must be submitted no later than Tuesday, September 20, 1994. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution; <br />OR <br />To table application pending receipt of new survey for 594 Park Lane.
