Mr. Roger Reed <br />July 26, 1995 <br />Page Two <br />Other than this easily movable staicture. there is no evidence of user of any kind to support <br />a claim by your client that he continually trespassed on the Feyo's property over a 15 toot wide stnp <br />of land covering the entire length of the lot for purposes of establishing title by adverse possession. <br />Under the circumstances, and in order to avoid what would obviously be some costly <br />litigation, I strongly urge that your client remove the offending structure trom my client ’s property <br />so that they do not have a problem with marketability of title. <br />With respect to vour proposal to commence a land registration proceeding, I can assure you <br />that mj’ner would soon be removed from the Examiner ’s office, because the Feyo’s damage claim <br />for the lost sale as the result of your client's trespass. <br />Let us hope that this situation does not come to that point, <br />SEGkm <br />cc; Tim Feyo and Karen Fuller-Feyo <br />I <br />! ■ <br />i t <br />i <br />4
