Briefly, the request is for renewal of the previously <br />granted lot area variance for construction of a single family residence. A residence can be <br />constructed on the property meeting all the required setback and hardcover standards. The <br />property is similar in size of neighboring developed properties, and there is no adjacent <br />undeveloped land to make the property any larger.
