Determination of the Necessity of an Environmental Impact Statement for <br />the Long Lake Improvement Project <br />Page 10 <br />above, the impacts of the project on iofrastructure and public services is extremely small. <br />There are no related projects. <br />After consideration of the factors set out in Minnesota Rule 4410.1700, the MCWD <br />determines that the Project will not result in significant effects on infrastructure or public <br />services. <br />N.
