Section IX <br />Project Schedule <br />PreHminary consmiction plans and sp«ificaiions for the project were completed in early May <br />of 1995. A public hearing for die project has been scheduled by the MCWD for May .5, <br />1995. Subsequent to the pubUc hearing and approval of the final design by the MCWD, the <br />EAW will be submitted to the Environmental Quality Board for pubUc notice and comment. <br />Appropriate appUcations for approval from the various governmental agencies will also be <br />submitted at this time. <br />■me project schedule will ultimately depend upon the MCWD obtaining the necessary permits <br />and approvals to construct the water quaUty improvements. Assuming all required permits <br />and approvals are received in a fimely manor, it is anticipated that the project will be let m <br />early fall 1995. Construcdon of the City of Long Lalce Park and Deer Hill Road wet <br />detention basin/wetland systems will be performed in December 1995, and January and <br />February 1996. Construcdon of the County Road No. 6 wet detendon basin/wetland will be <br />performed in January and February 1998. Alum treatment of long Lake will be performed <br />during the spring of 1996. <br />20
