Upon application for a building permit for new residence on Lx>t 1, applicant shall <br />I <br />make payment to the city for a sewer connection charge of $1,284.50 based on <br />current 1995 Fee Schedule plus the service availability charge of $850.00. <br />Prior to scheduling the application before the Council, applicant is asked to <br />provide an updated survey locating sewer and water service at Frederick Street. <br />3. Final resolve by applicant concerning dedication of easement for Frederick Street <br />access drive that encroaches Lot 1. <br />4. Planning Commission’s final resolve concerning the access drive that serves <br />fumre residence on Lot 1 and its extension into Lot 3 and 4. Will it be allowed <br />to remain as long as father and son own property and it is made clear in the <br />resolution that an access easement may never be created or granted in favor of <br />Lots 3 and 4. <br />5. Applicant understands that he will be asked to sign off on a resolution with the <br />disclaimer drafted by City Attorney as set forth in Issue 4 above. <br />6. Others recommended by Planning Commission.
