Basically, the City is In favor of the <br />proposal providing that the details can be addressed. <br />If you do proceed, your first step will be to arrive at a <br />preferred plan which Is acceptable to all three property owners. <br />The formal application to the City will Involve: <br />e <br />1. a petition signed by all three owners <br />2. a plan for physical changes <br />3. a legal description of the proposed division of <br />rights-of-way (perhaps requiring a survey) <br />4. an application fee of $100.00 <br />I will be hapvy to meet with you at any reasonable time to review <br />the details of the application and to answer any questions that <br />may arise. <br />Sincerely,
