That does not appeal to me. <br />5, Too much blacktop . <br />I would like to remove all the blacktop from this street except for the <br />area between Hill’s driveway and North Shore Drive. The City constantly <br />discourages hard surfacing near the lake. Here is a chance to got rid of <br />most or all of this blacktop that sends water running into Whalen's marsh. <br />The access from the bottom of tiff present driveway to Hill's would be replaced <br />by gravel.
