The property is located at the northeast comer of Old Crystal Bay <br />Road and Watertown Road. The proposed access location meets the site distance <br />guidelines for a 40 mph speed limit. The existing driveway location on Watertown Road <br />is not a problem. The site plan appears to be acceptable from an engineering standpoint. <br />4 <br />Preliminary plans should be prepared that show the grading, drainage, wetlands, erosion <br />control and street design. The preliminary plat should show easements over the drainage <br />features, wetlands and along lot lines. We will prepare a cost estimate for the letter of <br />credit when the plans are provided. <br />We are presently in the process of laying out the trail alignment along the east side of Old <br />Crystal Bay Road in this area.
