Co., MN <br />N, HU*' <br />h Preliminary Site Evaluation was completed on this proposed Sub' <br />Division for On-Site Sewaqe Treatment Syst*^ma. <br />)5Qil Probinq indicates the soils are suitable for Standard Pressurised <br />Mound Systems. Mottled soils (seasonally saturated) were found at <br />IR" to 30" below the ground surface. The Site Plan attached <br />shows possible septic areas & house locations. To support areas <br />for 5 bedroom homes required by the City of Orono, 50’ x 100* <br />is needed for the primary site & 50' x 100' is needed for the <br />future expansion site. There is some flexibility in the locations <br />identified but these sites arc th^* only arcu.; available on each <br />lot. <br />Once a Preliminary plat is laid out, each lot will need a complete <br />Site Evaluation 6 Design for City approval. <br />June 20, 1995 - <br />These sites are limited for space available for an On-Site Sewage <br />Treatment System. The site along the east side of the proposed <br />Sub-Dlvlsion are on 6% slopes.
