Tony Eiden - Site Review <br />The applicant proposes the addition of a privacy berm along Watertown Rd. on lots 1 and 2. <br />block 2. Old Cry stal Bay Road Addition. The berm is nearly complete as work was initiated <br />w ithout a permit using fill material from other lots in the same subdivision. <br />Staff recommends some alterations to the berm size and site drainage if the berm construction <br />is permitted. As the berm location is between two drainfield sites, a twenty foot setback must <br />be maintained from each site. This setback is necessary to direct surface water away from the <br />drainfield sites. The excavation of a ditch on the north side of the berm, adjacent to <br />Watertown Rd. is also recommended to direct surface drainage west rather than across the <br />middle of the applicants property. Currently surface drainage will flow from the three lots <br />west of lot 1 across the middle of the lot between the house and drainfield sites. <br />The applicants representative has agreed to the above staff recommendations
