Goeiten seconded, to approve the temporary emplo>-ment of Forest <br />Jostrom. counter helper. S5 80 per hour, W’illiam McIntyre, counter helper. S5.80 per <br />hour; John Ross, counter helper 55 80 per hour, Dan Ores, staner/grounds, S6.20 per <br />hour: Doug Enckson, grounds helper, 56.50 per hour; and Jack Peterson, counter/staner, <br />55.70 per hour, all effective April 1, 1995. Nays 0. <br />(*#10) GOLF COURSE LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE AWARD <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to award the Orono Golf Course liquor liability <br />insurance coverage for the period April 1. 1995 through March 31, 1996 to the St. Paul <br />Insurance Company at a premium cost of $1,500. Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />(#11) DETERMINATION OF WHETHER TO INITIATE RIGHT-OF-W.\Y <br />VAC.\TI0N at 1304 ELMWOOD AVENUE <br />.Moorse reported that the memo relays the histoiy' behind the vacation of the right-of-way <br />of Elmwood Avenue. After the vacation, the City discovered that a portion t f the <br />vacated right-of-way served as the only access to the Nelson property. This access is on <br />the Johnson property. The City has since attempted to reestabUsh the pubUc easement.
