Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />(#11) DETERMINATION OF WHETHER TO INITIATE RIGHT-OF-W.\Y <br />VAC.\TI0N at 1304 ELMWOOD AVENUE <br />.Moorse reported that the memo relays the histoiy' behind the vacation of the right-of-way <br />of Elmwood Avenue. After the vacation, the City discovered that a portion t f the <br />vacated right-of-way served as the only access to the Nelson property. This access is on <br />the Johnson property. The City has since attempted to reestabUsh the pubUc easement.
