<br />35.020. B-1: Conditional Uses. Within the “B-1” Commercial Dis
<br />trict no structure or land shall be used for the following uses except by
<br />conditional use permit.
<br />35.021. Nursing Homes. Nursing homes, rest homes or retire
<br />ment homes, provided the site shall contain not less than 600 square
<br />feet of lot area for each person to be accommodated and that no build
<br />ing be located less than 30 feet from the side lot line; hospitals for
<br />human care, provided that all buildings be located not less than 25 feet
<br />from the lot line of any lot in an “R" District.
