Zoning File #2013 <br />May 1 1, 1995 <br />Page 3 <br />The applicant should be asked to comment on this request, <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve the conditional use permit for the Freshwater Foundation to allow the continued use <br />of the facility as a research center known as the Freshwater Institute located at 2500 hadywood <br />Road finding all pertinent standards of the zoning code have been satisfied and no new uses or <br />more intense use is proposed by tte FreshNvater Foundation and further finds that no <br />improvements will be required at this time but that the City will reserve its right to recall or <br />reconsider the conditional use permit as it relates to additional parking needs or paving <br />improvements.
