Minnesota 55323 <br />(AM 5 ;'f; <br />Fox Hollow <br />File No. 139-2020 <br />Dear Jeanne, <br />We have reviewed the sewer service for Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Fox Hollow subdivision. <br />Lots 1 and 2 can be served by the existing service connections at the east right-of-way line <br />of Oxford Road. Service to Lot 3 will require a connection to the main sewer line under <br />Oxford Road. The service extension will follow the lot line between Lots 1 and 2. The <br />connection and service extension should be in accordance with the three attached plates, <br />with cleanouts spaced at a minimum of 100 feet apart. <br />A 10 foot utility easement should be provided on each side of the service to Lot 3.
