Please carefully review his letter of <br />April 23rd. <br />The applicant requests approval of his lot line rearrangement as approved in Febmary 1993, per <br />Exhibit A of the March 15th memo. That memo requests Planning Commission direction on <br />a number of issues affecting this proposal. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission is requested to review and give direction to staff on the issues <br />discussed in the March 15th memo. <br />1
