ISM. €■ <br />t ^ IliORON^ <br />City of ORO^’O <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO.! <br />A RESOLOTION GRANTIliC <br />APPROVAL OP THE PRSLIMINARY <br />PLAT OP MICHAEL PLANK <br />APPLICATION NO. 1194 <br />WHEREAS, Michael Plank (hereinafter "the applicant") on August <br />14, 1987 filed a Class III subdivision application with the City o. Orono <br />to as the property; and <br />WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with <br />concerning this^ application were given the opportunity to spea)c thereon; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on September 28, 1987, tho <br />Orono City Council considered the subdivision application of Michael Planx, <br />noting the following findings of fact: <br />1, The property is located within the RR-IA Single Family <br />Residential zoning district requiring a <br />cumulative dry buildable land with a minimum of 2 acres contiguous <br />land. <br />2. The property consists of 24.9 acres. Lot 1 contains ^ <br />dry lands with 2.7 contiguous dry acres; Lot 2 TOntains 5 acres of dry <br />lands; and Lot 3 contains 11.7 acres of dry lands. <br />3. Lot 1 shall achieve access via a future curb cut <br />Road; Lot 2 shall continue to use existing approved J® <br />shall be served by an approved driveway, recently constructed, at <br />northeast edge of property. ' <br />4. The existing access within Lot 3 shall serve as a shared dri^ <br />when Lot 3 is divided in the future. <br />5.
