A review of the file suggests that the "front/back lot" ordinance <br />(flag lots) adopted in December 1993 may have an impact on the viability of this and any fumre <br />subdivision of the property. Applicant ’s surveyor has indicated and staff coiKurs that this public <br />hearing be continued to the October 17th meeting to give applicant time to further review the <br />proposal with staff. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />It would be appropriate for Planning Commission to table this request, continue the public <br />hearing to October 17th and accept no public comment at the September 19th meeting. <br />H -o
