Citv of ORO.NC) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITV COUNCIL <br />NO.9 <br />.s <br />A RZCOiriTION APPROVING THE PTJLT OP BEAU MAMIS <br />PILE NO. 9E7 <br />NQBRBASt the City of Orono is a ocnicipal corporation <br />orgonized and existing under the laws or the State of Minnesota; and <br />WBBRBAS, the City Council of the City cf Crono has adoptee <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, eccnonic and safe development <br />cf land Within the City; and <br />WBBREAS# the City Council !j.is considered the application for <br />a subdivision by John B.A. Idstzom II, the subdivider; and <br />WBBREAS, che subdivision has .been found to noet all <br />standards of the RR-IB zoning district, ci;cept that Lot 2 does not <br />on a public street, requiring a variance, but docs have access <br />to a public road via a private driveway casement over Lot 1; and <br />WBBRBAS, the subdivider hus completed al? ruguireoents of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Completion of all the requirements cf Resolution Mo. 1970. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of rights*of~way for public streets <br />and roads, shown as Fox Street. <br />3. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />4. Dedication to the City of a Flowagc and Conservation Basement <br />providing for limitations on the uoe ot wetlands and/or drainage- <br />ways described therein and shown or. the plat as "drainage <br />easements <br />5. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication 7eo in the amount of <br />$300.00 <br />6.
