6. The dormer roof at the rear of the house is to be changed In an attempt to add <br />windows and create a view of the lake from the master bedroom. The proposed roof <br />line is actually less roof than the dormer It replaces. <br />Hopefully, this letter will serve to explain our hardship issues, and familiarize you witf <br />the reasons behind our plans. We have tried to be reasonable and considerate in our <br />planning process. We think that our remodeled home at 975 Tonkawa will be a real <br />asset to the neighborhood and the community of Ororx).
