MN 55356 <br />COPIES: RRH & Company <br />900 2nd Avenue South <br />1100 International Centre <br />Minneapolis, MN 55402 <br />TYPE OF APPLICATION: Vacation <br />DATE OF MEETING: 01/17/95 VOTE: 7 FOR 0 AGAINST <br />The Planning Commission recommended tabling all action on your vacation petition until either <br />the applicant or an authorized representative would be able to represent the application before <br />the Planning Commission. In an attempt to save any further delays in the finalization of this <br />vacation, we have enclosed a copy of a drainage easement that must be dedicated over that <br />portion of the drainage and utility easement that encroaches the designated wetland within the <br />propeny. Please note that portion of the 10ā drainage and utility easement at the north lot line <br />aiKl south lot line is not to be vacated. <br />Please contact my office if you have any further questions concerning the information discussed <br />above. Your application will be rescheduled before the Planning Commission at their February <br />22nd (Wednesday) meeting. Please note that meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. If you are unable to <br />attend the February 22nd meeting, please see that an authorized representative attends in your <br />place. It would also be very helpful in the review of this application if you could obtain a <br />written confirmation from the Fredriksen and Byron law firm that they have completed the filing <br />of the release documents of the easement executed by the MWCC.
