She felt that a 5 or 6 car garage was a <br />legitimate need for a 5 bedroom large home. <br />It was noted that the proposed garage was less than <br />1,000 s.f. in area. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Taylor, seconded by Johnson, to <br />recommend approval per staff recommendation finding <br />topography a hardship and the need for enclosed storage <br />space for more than three cars.
