Comment, Adam Edwards • Comment: Drainage: Special care will need to be exercised in creating the drainage pattern on the sides of the property to ensure that runoff is not directed onto the neighboring properties. • Comment: SWPPP - Stockpile: Any soil or dirt storage piles containing more than ten cubic yards of material should not be located within 25-teet from a roadway or drainage channel. If remaining for more than 14 days, they shall be stabilized by mulching vegetative cover, tarps or other means and enclosed with down gradient perimeter sediment controls. Piles which will be in existence for less than 14 days shall be enclosed with perimeter sediment controls. • Comment: SWPPP: The site must have a construction entrance (per city standard detail) that must be provided and maintained. • Comment: SWPPP - Sediment/Erosion Control: Perimeter sediment control measures should be installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work, including demolition. The contractor must provide a minimum 24-hour notice prior to inspection. • Comment: SWPPP - Street Cleaning: Streets shall be cleaned and swept within 24 -hours whenever tracking of sediments or soils occurs and before the site is left idle for weekends and holidays. • Comment: Adjacent roadway, curbing and drainage structures must be protected. • Comment: City Utilities: A separate utility permit will be required for the sewer and water connections. • Comment: Please coordinate with Orono Public Works prior to excavating with in the right of way.
