He explained that there was a culvert in <br />the Prudden Road that brings water onto his property and further <br />restricts the building envelope. Kelley asked Mr. McNellis <br />whether or not he was aware of this problem when he bought the <br />lot? Planning Commission member Johnson recommended that Mr. <br />McNellis bring the matter to the City Council. He pointed out <br />the fact that the Planning Commission was split in their <br />recommendations. Kelley told Mr. McNellis to write down his <br />hardships and present them to the City Council. <br />#1330 FULLERTON PROPERTIES, INC. <br />880 TONNLINE RORD <br />CLASS III PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />SECOND REVIEW <br />• Mr. Mark Gronberg, of Coffin & Gronberg, was present as a <br />representative of the applicants. <br />Assistant Planning & Zoning Administrator Gaffron stated <br />that this application was previously reviewed at the September <br />19, 1988 Planning Commission Meeting. Since that time, soil <br />borings were taken and soil types determined in those areas that <br />were questionable. The application involves a seven lot <br />subdivision along the west side of Townline Road. Gaffron said <br />that he had been on the building sites with the applicants' <br />engineer and they had determined that there was at least one, if <br />not more possible building locations within each lot. The Hamel <br />soils were not as extensive as originally indicated. Staff <br />recommended approval of this application. <br />It was moved by Planning Commission member Cohen, seconded <br />by Planning Commission member Brown, to recommend approval of <br />this application, subject to staff's recommendations and <br />conditions.
