Applicant has subsdtted <br />an engineer's plan to repair the foundation in sections. <br />The City conaaenced hasardous building proceedings for <br />this structure in 1987. <br />Kelley felt that if the structure cannot be repaired* it <br />should be torn down. <br />Mr. Meyer explained the foundation work to be done <br />noting that nost of the existing foundation will still <br />be intact. <br />M <br />M9 mm <br />Bellows stated it was her professional opinion that the <br />plan effectively consisted of pouring an entire new <br />foundation* therefore* she felt the foundation should be <br />replaced and located to conforn with the setback. <br />There were no conunents from the public regarding this <br />asatter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Bellows* seconded by Kelley* to <br />recMnend denial of the request based on the extensive <br />nature of the repair* however* allow the rebuilding of <br />the accessory structure meeting all current setback <br />standards.
