She stated that the proposal <br />is the only alternative to solving the space problem <br />noting that due to water problems# she cannot make <br />Improvement to the basement area. <br />Kelley noted that although the plan shows a slight <br />decrease in both the 0->75' and 75-250* sones# the <br />proposal involves adding structural hardcover. <br />Bellows questioned the structural integrity of the <br />existing structure to support the proposed additions. <br />Ms. Weihe stated that they purposely spread the proposed <br />additions out so that the existing structure could <br />support the additions. <br />Kelley felt the structural hardcover was excessive.
