He reconsnended reaovlng 3.4% hardcover within <br />the 0-250' setback areas. <br />There were no conaients fxoB the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Kelley, seconded by Bellows, to <br />recommend approval of the after-the-fact variance to <br />allow the deck per staff recommendation #2, subject to <br />reducing the hardcover 3.4% within the 0-250' setback <br />area and subject to no future additional hardcover or <br />additions to deck being allowed. Approval based on <br />letters of approval received from the adjacent property <br />owners. Motion, Ayes 3, Nays 1.
