He noted that <br />in 1977, the City Council approved the proposed garage <br />and additions subject to the driveway being gravel, <br />which at that time was not considered hardcov’er. A <br />variance is required due to the extreme length of <br />driveway hardcover in order to serve the proposed <br />garage. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Cohen, seconded by Johnson, to recommend <br />approval per staff recommendation including the <br />condition that no additional future hardcover bo <br />approved for this property.
