Applicant and staff <br />met approximately three weeks prior to the application deadliiie, and applicant wa* provided with <br />a punch list of items needed for the application. On the application deadline date applicant provided <br />minimal information, indicating the remaining submittals would be immediately forthcoming. Those <br />items have yet to be submitted and applicant has been provided a letter specifying the deficiencies. <br />Missing items include: <br />1.
