The <br />side setback for the upper level deck must be denied. Hardcover improvements must be <br />reduced to a reasonable level. Staff will send this memo to the applicant and, hopefully, meet <br />with her prior to the meeting to discuss modifications and reductions in proposed <br />improvements.
