As the wetland is not a DNR wetland, the jurisdiction for wetland <br />alterations is with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, the Local Government Unit <br />(LGU) for Orono. The LGU has already reviewed the alteration and will not require a <br />permit to do the work. The proposed wildlife ponds are acceptable from an engineering <br />standpoint.
