The existing residence shall be raised. The original <br />resolution approving the variances will expire on November 27, 1996. The following ordinances <br />are pertinent for this review: <br />1.Section 10.25, Subd. 6(B) <br />A. Lot area variance <br />Required = 21,780 s.f. or .5 acres <br />Existing = 20,020 s.f or .46 acres <br />Variance = 1,760 s.f or 4% <br />B Lot width variance <br />Required = 100' <br />Existing at 75' setback and measured at a straight line at Shoreline = 75' <br />Variance = 25* or 25% <br />C.Side setback variance at both north and south lot lines <br />Required =10' <br />Proposed = 9.5' (overhang located 8.5' from side lot lines) <br />Variance = .5' or 5% <br />2. <br />3. <br />Section 10.22, Subd. 1(B) - Entire structure will encroach the average lakeshore setback line, <br />Section 10.22, Subd. 2 [10.56, Subd. 16(L)] - Review of hardcover variances. <br />A. 75-250' setback area = 13,140 s.f. <br />Allowed = 3,285 s.f or 25% <br />Approved in 1995 = 4,600 s.f. or 35% <br />Variance = 1,315 s.f. or 10%
