Also a set <br />of floorplans with one elevation. After conversations with the city of <br />Orono and discussions with you we have agreed to reduce the size of the <br />garage to 24’x24’. The new plans will reflect this . I hope to get the <br />revised plan to the city before Friday. <br />Further in this letter I will calculate your hardcover and you may use <br />this letter to submit to the city for this purpose. <br />I realize you purchased this property with the intention of adding on a <br />garage. I hope the fact that your property line does not extend to the edge <br />of the street is not a huge stumbling block for you with the city of Orono. <br />I know the realization of this fact was a surprise to you. <br />None of your variance requests are wildly unusual. My prior dealings <br />with the council has been, for the most part, positive. There really is <br />nowhere else to go with your garage and your family room/deck poses no <br />setback problems at all.
