Both parts relate to hard cover. <br />PartL <br />The replacement of the deck on the West side of our house. The replacement deck is <br />plaimed to be considerably smaller, ho^^•ever it would not affect the hard cover from the <br />perspective that underneath the deck is exposed aggregate. The replacement costs are <br />approximately $700.00. The deck was not safe for anyone to walk on since the day we <br />purchased the house. See attachment 2 <br />Part n. <br />We are looking for a recommendation from the city as to the location and size of a garage <br />which could be placed on our lot, wliether it be attached or detachted would not matter.
