S 10.61 <br />iiitffiiliftilNo such parking facilities at its closest <br />more than 100 feet from the premises nor more than 300 feet from <br />the principal use or building served. <br />Subd. 8. Storage Prohibited. Required <br />parking space in all districts shall not be <br />storage of goods or for the storage of vehicles which are <br />inoperable, for lease, rent or sale. <br />Subd. 9. Design and Maintenance of Parking Areas. <br />A. Access. If lighting is provided it shall be <br />accomplished in such a manner as to have no direct source of light <br />visible from the public right-of-way or adjacent land. <br />F Curbing. All open off-street parking areas <br />designed to have’head-in parking along any lot line shall <br />tire^ bumper or curb of adequate height and properly located to <br />ensut^th^t no part of any car -111 project beyond the required <br />setbacks. <br />A.
