5,. <br />ORDINANCE NO._____, SECOND SERIES <br />an ordinance amending sections 10.44 AND 10.45 OF THE ORONO ZONING <br />CODE BY ADDING, DELETING OR AMENDING CERTAIN PERMITTED AND <br />CONDITIONAL USES WITHIN THE B-5 LIMITED NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS <br />DISl*CT AND B-6 HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br />The Citv Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />ScctioQ 1. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.44, Subd. 3 is hereby amended by dekiLng <br />the following use from the list of allowable permitted uses within the B-5 District: <br />"U. Tobacco shop.” <br />Section 2. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.44, Subd. 4 (A) is hereby amended by <br />deleting the following uses from the list of uses allowed within the B-5 Limited Business <br />District via a conditional use permit: <br />"6. Home and garden equipment rental." <br />"8. Kennels." <br />Section 3. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.44, Subd. 4 (B) is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />"B. Off-Street Parking. Off-street parking when the principal site of the off-street <br />parking abuts on a lot which is in another "B" or "I" District and is in the same <br />ownership as the land in the "B” or "I" District and subject to those conditions as set <br />forth in Section 10.61, Subd. 4 and other such conditions as found necessary by the <br />Council. <^nrh parking shall only be allowed when it serves an allowed PrincipaLuSS <br />on »hf! iihiining lo* in anothe r "B" or "1" DlStnct." <br />Section 4. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.44. Subd. 5 is hereby amended by adding the <br />following item to the list of permitted accessory uses: <br />"H.
